1. Data we process

• email, name, password (hashed) — for your account;
• check and integration settings, including alert destinations;
• technical ping data (source IP, user-agent, request body — encrypted at rest).

2. Purposes

Providing the monitoring service, alert delivery, billing, support.

3. Retention, export and deletion

Event history is retained within your plan's limits. You can export your data and delete the account in the settings at any time — deletion is irreversible.
